For ten years committed to the youth sector, Edoardo Raimondi currently serves as Head of Recruitment and Head Coach of the U14 team. A professional journey born from a passion cultivated over time, which has gradually turned into a true profession.
Along his path as a coach, he had the opportunity to contribute to the development of athletes such as Matilde Fantin, who went on to compete at the Olympic Games with the Italian National Team. An achievement that represents a source of pride for the entire organization and testifies to the quality of the work carried out over the years.
The new facility in Sigirino marks an important step forward for the club. The increase in available ice time, performance-dedicated infrastructure, and greater flexibility in planning now make it possible to offer players an even more comprehensive pathway, both on the ice and in off-ice training.
At the same time, the organization is strengthening its synergy with the academic sector, with the aim of improving the athletes’ quality of life from U14 to U20, ensuring more adequate recovery time and a balanced management between sporting commitment and educational development.
The vision for the future is clear: to expand the presence of ice hockey across the region, increase the number of young players involved, and consolidate a model that combines sport, education, and personal growth, becoming a regional point of reference.
